Abstract
Abstract:
This paper aims to describe an experience carried out by a team of clinical psychologists from the APRE association (Association of Psychoanalysis of Educational Relationship) who conducted working groups for teachers with the aim of sharing experiences, impressions, desires, and fears regarding the beginning of the new year. The association's vision is aimed at working in educational institutions of all levels, considering the school in the Greek etymological sense of skholè, that is, as "free time for oneself," as a primary place to promote the education and transformation of the individual and, consequently, of the entire community. Building community means bringing together gifts and resources to promote the well-being of oneself and those who live in the polis, imbued with the complex and dynamic social realities that characterize modernity. The activity carried out served as a pretext to reflect on how the individual experiences a specific social context and how they mutually influence each other.
